Upon receiving a job instruction, we review our network and database of skilled candidates for the right position. If we do not find a candidate on our database, then we would advertise to fill the position. We would also handle all responses and contact you with a suitable candidate within a reasonable time. We would then present you with an agreement to be executed by both parties.
