Contingency
Our fees are usually contingent, being based on a percentage of the candidate’s first year salary. You will only be charged if we find a suitable hire. (3 month limitation period) As our client, you pay an agreed upon one time fee after the three (3) month limitation and add the candidate directly to your payroll.
Retained
Fee based on a percentage of the new candidate’s salary, but we do skill-based assessments such as computer speed typing, legal words and spelling/grammar to narrow the list of qualified candidates. References are always verified as well.
