One is responsible for your personal information under our possession and control pursuant to the Personal Information and Protection & Electronic Documents Act and other provincial privacy laws.

Potential Applicants and One Legal

By submitting my resume to One, I consent to the collection, use and disclosure of my personal information in order to assist me in obtaining employment. One may share my personal information with their clients and my potential employers. However, One will not disclose any personal information to a potential employer without first obtaining my prior consent. My personal information will not be sold. I authorize One to retain my personal information, including personal employment information, for an indefinite period of time for the purpose of recruitment.
