In the event that the hired candidate is terminated with or without just cause or not suitable for your firm within the three (3) month limitation period, we will provide you with a credit note for the full value of the first hired placement which can be used towards the next direct hire placement. The warranty expires after three (3) months of the replacement candidate. There is no warranty for the replacement candidate, only the original placement.
